1. Sleeping Bag – Lightweight (2 Lbs. Filling), preferably cotton lining (Air mattress not recommended).
2. Small, thin pillow or traveler’s pillow, if necessary.
3. Handbag or knapsack or backpack – preferably with both shoulder and hand straps.
4. Good quality umbrella, preferably white (double lined).
5. Water canteen / bottle with shoulder strap.
6. Sun glasses (preferably with neck strap.

Health / medical Kit

1. First aid kit: strip bandages, antibiotic ointment, rubbing alcohol, etc.
2. General medicine / needs:

1. Gravel, if you are prone to motion sickness
2. Aspirin/ Tylenol / Advil.
3. Mouthwash (non-alcoholic), if required.
4. Lozenges for throat infection; cough drops.
5. Antacid (Pepto-Bismol); diarrhea medication (Imodium)
6. Petroleum jelly (Vaseline) and cream.
7. Heat powder, if you are prone to heat rash.
8. Salt tablets / glucose tablets (depending on health condition)
9. Suitable antibiotics (as prescribed by your doctor)

3. If you are allergic to a specific drug and/or have a medical condition: write on a piece of paper and keep on your person or wear a medical alert bracelet.
4. Sufficient medication that you are normally required to take.
5. Seek advice from a physician for special care in hot weather if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, asthma, heart condition, blood pressure, etc.
